Order Tracking

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

All KRE PRIME shipments include shipping protection.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@kreprime.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Our team will review the shipment details and work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note:

  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Additional review and carrier verification may be required.
  • Customers may be asked to confirm delivery details during the investigation process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
