PRIME PERKS: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Sponsor. KRE PRIME LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota ("KRE PRIME"). Contact: contact@kreprime.com.
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter. KRE PRIME employees, contractors and their immediate household members may not enter. Void where prohibited.
  3. Entry period. November PRIME PERKS: entries open 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 3, 2026 and close 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 24, 2026. (December: December 1 to December 15, 2026.)
  4. How to enter. Visit kreprime.com/pages/prime-perks during the entry period and complete the entry form: first and last name, email address, and your perk choice (Tote Bag, Necklace or Surprise Me). Limit one entry per person per giveaway. Duplicate entries are removed. Entries from bots or scripts are void. A separate, optional checkbox lets entrants join the KRE PRIME email list. Liking, commenting on, sharing or following KRE PRIME on social media is welcome but is not required and does not count as an entry.
  5. Prize. One (1) winner receives their chosen perk: a KRE PRIME Signature tote bag, a KRE PRIME Signature necklace, or a Surprise Me item chosen by KRE PRIME. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: up to $60. One prize per giveaway. No substitutions or cash value, except that KRE PRIME may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable.
  6. Winner selection. The winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 25, 2026 (December: December 16). The draw is done with a documented random-selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Notification. The winner is notified by email within 3 days of the drawing and must reply with a US mailing address within 7 days. If the winner doesn't respond, is ineligible or the prize is returned undeliverable, an alternate winner may be drawn.
  8. Delivery. The prize ships free to a US address within about 14 days of confirming the address. KRE PRIME isn't responsible for carrier delays.
  9. Publicity. With the winner's permission, KRE PRIME may share the winner's first name and city. A photo or post appears only with separate written permission.
  10. Privacy. Entry information is used to run this giveaway. It is added to the KRE PRIME newsletter only if the entrant checked the newsletter box. KRE PRIME does not sell personal information.
  11. General. KRE PRIME may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or something else beyond its control affects fairness. Entrants agree to these rules and KRE PRIME's decisions. Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility.
  12. Platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
  13. Winner list. For the winner's first name and state, email contact@kreprime.com within 30 days after the drawing.
