KRE PRIME Command Center Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
KRE PRIME uses an internal business application, "KRE PRIME Command Center," to manage our own Google Business Profile and Google Ads accounts. This section explains how that application accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
Who uses it. The application is used only by KRE PRIME and its authorized staff to manage KRE PRIME's own business accounts. It is not offered to the public or to customers.
Data we access. When an authorized KRE PRIME account holder signs in with Google, the application requests only the permissions it needs:
- Google Business Profile: to read our business location details and to create, read and update posts on KRE PRIME's own Business Profile.
- Google Ads: to read campaign and performance reports for KRE PRIME's own Google Ads account and to create or update KRE PRIME's own campaigns after owner approval.
How we use it. This data is used only to publish and check KRE PRIME's own Google posts, and to report on and manage KRE PRIME's own advertising. We do not use Google user data for advertising to individuals, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to these features.
Storage and security. Sign-in tokens and report data are stored on KRE PRIME's secured business computer and are not published. Access is limited to authorized KRE PRIME personnel.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, except as required by law.
Retention and deletion. We keep this data only as long as needed for the purposes above. An account holder can revoke the application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and may ask us to delete stored data by contacting kreprimedeals@gmail.com.
Limited Use. KRE PRIME Command Center's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
